Sami far exceeded my expectations as a listing agent. He told me exactly what to do to get my property ready to list. He was helpful and encouraging when I was exhausted from hours of painting. Once I final conceded that I couldn't do everything myself, Sami referred me to vendors within my budget. The property was listed on Thursday, had multiple offers on Monday, and went into contract on the following Tuesday. When selecting the best offer, he was considerate of all options. He did not just rush me towards the highest offer but really spent time to review all the offers. Everything went so smooth and the escrow closed in just over two weeks. It honestly went better than I ever could have hoped. If you list your property with Sami, just follow his advice and you will be very happy with the results.

Sami not only is a great soccer player and teammate of my coed soccer team, he is a dear friend. I've enjoyed having Sami as a personal friend who has been there for our family. Sami is a top notch realtor that I highly recommend to any friend or family member looking to buy or sell in this crazy Bay Area market! He is professional and knowledgable as well as having a great eye for properties and their potential. He possesses an amazing eye for detail and design which has been a plus! He is not "high pressure", but is a tenacious negotiator when it comes to getting the best deal in the end. He seems to have all of the inside information on homes that are not even on the market yet too. Most important to our success: Sami (really) listens to the client! He and I had only two preliminary conversations (30 minutes) before he let me know of a few properties I might want to view. I made an offer on the first one though not until I viewed all 4 he recommended. All 4 fit my bill though it was the first that appealed to me the most. He nailed it.

Working with Sami was an awesome experience, he went above and beyond our highest expectations. We needed to sell fast and he informed and demonstrated exactly what had to be done prior to getting the house on the market. His knowledge and understanding of the real estate market was right on the mark, we did what he asked (with a lot of help from him) and we were done on time and got what we had hoped for out of the property. We were already in another state by the time of the first open house and Sami had to personally handle many things that came up that we could not handle ourselves for not being there. I highly recommend Sami to anyone buying or selling and if we ever return to Northern California we would certainly use him again.

"We're incredibly lucky to have found Sami, I don't even know where to begin. Before we met him, we were house hunting with an agent that came highly recommended but wasn't the right fit for us. We knew something was off but couldn't really pinpoint what wasn't working.
And then we found Sami and he showed us what professionalism really is. We saw a huge difference right away and parted with the other guy.
We came to him in a tough, highly competitive market, and we also had a small timeframe to find a house (we'd already sold ours).
Sami is thorough, forthright and very patient. More importantly, he knows the area and the market really well, and has a great working relationship with the other realtors. Sami is the very best realtor I have ever met, and while we haven't worked with that many, my spouse and I have had our fair share of bad experiences. Sami is extremely professional, knowledgeable and extraordinarily competent. Although we ultimately did not use his services to complete our home sale (we decided not to move forward with a counter offer on a home for which he was representing us and instead completed a private sale with two owners that were renting their home to us), I wish that we had been able to. He is calm, methodical and makes a very anxiety-provoking process seem easy. You can't go wrong working with someone like Sami, and you won't find a better agent.

Sami helped me buy a new house and sell my old one. He is calm and efficient. It was a good experience. Having bought and sold homes 4 times in California and many more in Wyoming, I am familiar with realtors and the process. In comparison, Sami was a relief to work with. I was happy not to have a long list of stressful, scheduled tasks. He took care of negotiations, helped with services to prep for sale, and made paperwork easy. He took advantage of the latest technology to review and sign documents and to market my house. Thanks to Sami's aggressive strategy, I have a wonderful new house after competing against 5 other offers and sold my old house 32% over asking price with 6 offers to choose from. I hired Sami to find me a house in 2011. He had patience with me being a first home-buyer, a deep knowledge that he could easily explain to me who doesn't know much about real estate and he always responded very fast. And he is calm and just super nice! I also found him very easy to communicate with and if he said he would do something I could count on him to have done it. I was very happy with my home purchase. I would absolutely recommend him from the bottom of my heart. When I had to sell my house a year later, I hired Sami again and he did a fabulous job in selling it with finding stagers, dealing with all the paper work and negotiating through the multiple offers.
